Our home is supposed to be our refuge from the outside world. After all... there is no place like home. When being at home becomes stressful instead of relaxing, because it's full of clutter and feels overwhelming, it's time to call us!  After an in-home consultation, we will prioritize what needs to be addressed and implement a plan of action.  No space is too small... a kitchen drawer, a walk-in closet, or an entire house!

When is the last time you sat at your desk and reached for the stapler and it wasn't within reach? Or, you ran out of staples and can't remember where you put them? Have you ever sat at your desk for a while with an aching neck or a lack of inspiration?  Having an organized and efficient office space is crucial to being productive.

 

An office space can be a corner in your kitchen, a desk in the bedroom, or a designated room in your home.  If you have a regular office in a business complex, we can assist with that as well.

  • Sort through, reduce, and file papers (on desk, floor, in boxes, etc.)

  • Help with creating a visual workflow for the office

  • Create efficient paper or electronic filing system tailored to your needs

  • Audit furniture set up, and make adjustments for efficiency

  • Set up efficient office space for a new business

  • Scan business cards and set up contact management system

  • Establish secure and accessible personal filing system

Consultation with action plan.
It's always good to have another pair of eyes.  For those of you who are fully hands-on but just have that one room or space that is causing problems, this is for you.  This is for the busy person who may prefer sending in pictures and discussing and sharing ideas and solutions via Skype, phone, or email. Also can be an accountability/coaching tool. Sometimes all we need is someone to talk us through a project and hold us accountable for what we say we will do as well as provide encouragement.

As an organizer, I notice recurring phrases from my clients: "I’m just so busy," "I’m always trying to multi-task," "yes," I'm so tired," and "I fear missing out." That’s why I created this coloring book: I wanted to remind you to slow down, take time for yourself, and dream. These phrases have become the norm, but the sad truth is that the messages behind them hurt us more than help us...it's almost frowned upon if you aren't triple booking yourself.

 

I have found coloring to be my best ME TIME, and I hope that even if you only spend five minutes a day doing it, you will make time for you, gain inspiration, and put thought into the words and questions in the book.
